This paper reviews the nutritional and biological value of chicken meat. A detailed analysis of the chemical,
vitamin and mineral composition of chicken meat is given. The role of chicken meat in human nutrition and its
positive effects on the human body is described. Poultry meat is characterized by high nutritional and biological
value and can be recommended for the production of dietary products.
