Abstract:
|
The share of diabetes mellitus accounts for 6-7% of children, and the percentage of complications, diabetic polyneuropathy, grows exponentially over the years. The modern view of the immune structure of diabetes and the pathomorphological feature opens up prospects for solving many urgent problems of this problem. The paper presents the verification of children with diabetic peripheral polyneuropathy, clinical and neurological features of the course; the neurophysiological nature of the disorder in motor and sensory fibers; determination of the HLA factor in the pathogenesis of DP; assessment of the effectiveness of drug therapy in dynamics, considering the severity of the disease and the glycemic profile.
