Periodontitis is a multifactorial disease in nature. The effect of fluorosis as an environmental factor is not evaluated. Aggressive periodontitis is a disease which affects a particular population mainly younger individuals depending on various factors. Since the rate of progression and destruction is rapid, early diagnosis and proper treatment should be done. The aim of this study is to find the association between dental fluorosis and aggressive periodontitis. The study was aimed to investigate the correlation between dental fluorosis and aggressive periodontitis. The case reports of the patients were reviewed and analysed. The analysis was tabulated in excel. The data analysis was done using SPSS software and the output was generated as pie charts and bar graphs. Dental fluorosis was more prevalent which showed 82.8% whereas the number of patients with aggressive periodontitis was found to be 17.2%. The correlation showed only 5%. The association between dental fluorosis and aggressive periodontitis was found to be less.
