Prosthodontics, also known as dental prosthetics or prosthetic dentistry, is the area of dentistry that primarily focuses on rehabilitation of edentulism. Prosthodontics is the dental specialty pertaining to the diagnosis, treatment, planning, and rehabilitation of patients whose dental conditions are associated with missing or deficient teeth. Prosthodontics as a speciality deals with replacing missing tooth either with removable prosthesis, fixed prosthesis and implant prosthesis. Maxillofacial prosthodontics is a branch of prosthodontics which restores the missing structures of Maxillofacial region. Implant dentistry has a surgical component that interfaces bone that support prosthetic components like crown, bridge, a denture, facial prostheses or orthodontic anchors. Aim: The main aim of the study is to assess knowledge and awareness of Prosthodontic Treatment Among Adolescents Populations. Materials And Methods:An online survey was conducted about Awareness of Prosthodontic Treatments Among the Adolescent Populations. A total questionnaire comprising 10 questions were formated and responses were collected from google forms and the analysis of data is done by using the software SPSS version 20. Results:Results were made in the form of a Pie chart which indicates Awareness of Prosthodontic Treatment Among Adolescents Populations. veneer restorations done by Prosthodontics for broken tooth discolouration 74.3% were accepted by adolescent Population. Adolescents Prefer Prosthetic Restorations For the Caries 70.4% were aware of Prosthodontic treatment. Conclusion:This survey concludes that the Adolescent Populations were aware about various Prosthodontic Treatments available.
