Full mouth rehabilitation is the replacement or restoration of every tooth in the mouth using a combination of dental services. The popularity of Full mouth rehabilitation for indicated patients especially below 50 years is increasing as it ensures long-term success. As a dental practitioner, it is important to have the knowledge of the rate of young population indicated for full mouth rehabilitation. Aim of this study is to assess the incidence and association of patients below 50 years who are advised for full mouth rehabilitation. This is a comparative and descriptive study for which the data was obtained from Reviewing the case records of about 86000 patients from June 2019 and March 2020. The data collection was from the Undergraduate, postgraduate clinics, Saveetha dental college,SIMATS. The data was collected and compiled followed by its statistical analysis by using the SPSS software by IBM. Results revealed that out of the total 66 full mouth rehabilitation diagnosed cases, 42% was the incidence below 50 years, out of which males were 39.3% and females were 60.7%; Reason for tooth loss include pulpal etiology for 35.7% cases; periodontal etiology for 25.0% cases; and trauma for 3.6%; Reason for tooth surface loss includes attrition for 28.6% cases; other reasons for 28.6% cases; Turner and missirlian classification includes type 1 for 21.4%; type 2 for 50.0% and type 3 for 28.6%.This study proves that about 42% of the population diagnosed for full mouth rehabilitation are under 50 years. Further, Association of Gender and Turner and Missirlian classification reveals that Among both Males and Females, type 2 i.e, excessive wear without loss of VDO but with space available is significant over other types. However, chi square tests reveal p value<0.05 (p=0.036) statistically significant. Association of Gender and reasons for tooth loss reveals that among the Males, attrition is significant over others whereas in females, Pulpal etiology is significant over others. However, Chi square tests reveal p>0.05 (p=0.676) statistically not significant. This study also revealed, the female prilediction, the most common reasons for tooth loss being predominantly pulpal and periodontal etiology And tooth surface loss being varying etiology including attrition; turner and missirlian classification- Excessive wear without loss of vertical dimension of occlusion, but with space available (type 2) - predominantly present.
