In today’s modern era, it is common that technology aids almost every whim and fancy of an individual. Most

implementation of queuing theory in a mobile application development to enhance the medical assistance system.
This mobile application (One Stop Application) is designed to provide core-functionalities in order to support and
help in times of emergency. The application provides the users the capability to locate available nearby medical
centre by giving the user appropriate information such as estimated queue time for the selected medical centre by
utilizing queueing theory to perform its calculation, request for critical help immediately by sending stress signal to
emergency department and nearby users as well as schedule an appointment with the medical centre online.
