Abstract:

Physical fitness is a state of health and well being, more especially the ability to perform aspects of sports, occupation and daily activities.To stay young and fit an average individual needs a proper diet, regular exercise and a proper environment. Staying relaxed with a peaceful mind can also help one to be healthy for a long time. It is one of the most important practices which should be taken seriously by the youth.The main aim of the study is to create knowledge and awareness about the methods to keep youth healthy and fit. An online survey was conducted with a self prepared questionnaire with a sample size of 119 participants comprising general participants. Descriptive analysis was carried out using the statistical software “SPSS SOFTWARE VERSION 20”. The collected data was represented in the form of pie charts. Majority of the participants that is about 75% of the participants are aware of methods to keep you fit. This is a positive start of the study. In the modern world, the lifestyle of humans has changed a lot. It leads to many health issues.This study proves that the majority of the participants are aware of methods to keep you fit and its importance and benefits. This study may help to be conscious about their fitness thereby maintaining healthy life.
