Dental implants have gained much popularity and acceptance in the course of a decade. Patients now prefer a treatment that does not involve the fiddling of the natural teeth adjacent to their missing spaces more so in the anterior esthetic regions. Implants are a go to treatment for rehabilitation of the teeth in the anterior region of the jaw. With proper analysis and pre-treatment planning about the end outcome, implants can be a successful mode of treatment in the esthetic regions. Implants can provide a proper emergence profile similar to that of the natural teeth and also the final shade matching plays an important role in cases where the adjacent teeth have staining as in fluorosis. This case report details the procedure of stage 1 and 2 of implant treatment for a patient with fluorosis.
