Abstract: The authors have studied the efficiency of using energy feed additives in the diet of black-white breed cows during the grazing period. The comparative analysis of energy feed additives of different producers in the diets of cows during the milking period showed that energy feed additive of domestic production "Enermiks Plus" in the dose of 250 g/head/day increases their milk productivity and profitability of milk production. The use of energy feed additive "Enermiks Plus" in cows' diets raised the digestibility of dry matter by 1.07%, of organic matter by 1.19, of raw protein by 1.68 (P<0.05), of raw fat by 1.80, of raw fiber by 1.10% in comparison with control group of cows. Feeding of cows during the milking period with energy feed additive "Enermiks Plus" provided more effective use of exchange energy and feed nitrogen for milk formation by 10,69 and 10,26% (P<0,05) respectively in comparison with the control group. The balance of calcium and phosphorus in experimental animals was positive. The use of energy feed additive "Enermix Plus" in cow diets promoted the better use of calcium and phosphorus for milk synthesis by 2,52 and 3,07% respectively in comparison with the control group. The use of "Enermix Plus" energy feed additive in cow diets contributed to the increase of 4% fat content milk yield in 100 days of lactation by 332.55 kg (9.28%) (P<0.05). The amount of milk fat also increased by 14.88 kg (10.42%) (P<0.05). Enrichment of cows' diet with energy feed additive "Enermix Plus" had a positive impact on the reproductive ability of experimental animals. The service period in cows of the 1st experimental group was reduced by 9 days, and the calving period was reduced by 16 days in comparison with control. Adding the energy feed additive "Enermix Plus" to the cows' diet had no negative impact on morphological and biochemical parameters of the animals' blood. In comparison with the control group the number of erythrocytes in the blood of cows of the 1st experimental group increased by 7,60% (P<0,05), hemoglobin level - by 7,45 (P<0,05), albumin content - by 1,80% in comparison with the control. The economic indicators of milk production when using Enermix Plus energy feed additive in the dose of 250 g/head/day, in cow diets during the first 100 days of lactation led to the reduction of milk production cost by 4.86% and increase of milk production profitability level by 8.50%.
