The outer membrane protein A of A. baumannii (OmpA) is the most abundant surface protein in A. baumannii and have been considers as multi-virulence factor. computational tools and servers have been used to analysis the amino acid sequence of OmpA protein and predict the three dimensional (3D) structure of OmpA , the predisi and SignalP-5.0 servers were agreed that protein sequence contain a signal peptide 1-22 amino acid and the cleavage accord between amino acid 22-23 also the Physicochemical properties of OmpA sequence were obtained using Protparam server, I-TASSER and RaptorX servers were using to predict OmpA structure and according to validation step do by RAMPAGE: Ramachandran Plot Assessment and PROSA servers the model predicted by RaptorX server was better than I-TASSER server’s model . Finally refinement step by 3D Refine server has not improved the model quality that make the structure model before the refinement more confidence
