Nutrition culture in the student environment and its health saving value

Abstract: The article deals with the problem of nutrition in youth and students, in higher and secondary educational institutions. The education of general culture, physical culture as part of culture, food culture, as one of the main components of the basis of a healthy lifestyle, responsibility for one’s health through sports and recreational activities, and recreational physical culture. Based on the study, new results were obtained that allow expanding the basic concepts of the modern theory of healthy eating, a healthy lifestyle as a global social problem, and an integral part of the life of society as a whole.
Keyword: Nutrition of students in universities of the Russian Federation, the formation of responsibility for a healthy lifestyle through the education of a nutritional culture, individual approaches to nutrition, the formation of responsibility among students, physical culture and health, the philosophy of nutrition and a healthy lifestyle.
