The aim of the study is to retrospectively analyze the prevalence of comorbid conditions in an outpatient population reporting to a Dental College. The study was conducted and data collection was done from Dental Archiving Software from a time period of June 2019- March 2020. Data consisted of all the patients who had comorbid conditions or other associated medical conditions. The data was imported to IBM SPSS version 20 for statistical analysis. Results were tabulated. A total 444 patients were analysed out of which 210 (47%) were females and 234 (52.7%) were males revealing a male predilection in the present study. Out of 444 patients 66.4% (245) patients had Blood Pressure (BP) and Diabetes, 86 patients (19.4%) had only hypertension and 63 patients (14.2%) had only diabetes. There was a male predilection in the study with more number of males having associated comorbidity. The prevalence of BP and Diabetes was found to be predominant. A multi centered study should also be done to check for the variation in results.
