Nanotechnology has gained huge attention over time, due to diversified area of application like biotechnology, pharmaceutical industry, medical chemistry, atomic physics, electronics, agriculture, food industry etc. Fundamental components of nanotechnology are nanoparticles, having size of 1-100 nm in one dimension. Nanoparticles because of its small size, orientation, physical properties, and surface charge are used in different manners. There are different approaches for preparation of these particles such as chemical, physical and biological. Biological approach is the one which is most preferable, due to advantages like easy to handle, rapid, higher rate of production, reproducibility, cost effective and eco-friendly. Green synthesis of Silver nanoparticles can be carried out using different plant extract and Silver nitrate. Silver is of particular interest because of its strong physical and chemical properties as well as antimicrobial activity. Silver nanoparticles showed Potential application in various field. Experimental and clinical study can be performed to support the findings.
