Analysis and Visualisation of Research Trends in Stemphylium Leaf Spot: A General Review

Abstract: Stemphylium Leaf Spot is a fungal infection, caused by “Stemphylium botryosum”. The bibliometric analysis had been conducted to understand the active authors, organizations, journals, and countries involved in the research domain of “Stemphylium Leaf Spot”. All published articles related to “Stemphylium Leaf Spot” from “Scopus”, were analyzed using the VOS viewer to develop analysis tables and visualization maps. This article had set the objective to consolidate the scientific literature regarding the “Stemphylium Leaf Spot” and also to find out the trends related to the same. The most active journals in this research domain were identified as the European Journal of Plant Pathology and the American Journal of Botany. The most active countries were the USA, Japan, China, and the Czech Republic. The leading organizations engaged in the research regarding Stemphylium Leaf Spot was The University of Girona of Spain. The most active authors who had made valuable contributions related to Stemphylium Leaf Spot disease was Montesinos E.
