Abstract:

Net blotch disease is caused by the pathogen “Pyrenophora teresf. The bibliometric analysis had been conducted to understand the active authors, organizations, journals, and countries involved in the research domain of “Net blotch”. All published articles related to “Net blotch” from “Scopus”, were analyzed using the VOS viewer to develop analysis tables and visualization maps. This article had set the objective to consolidate the scientific literature regarding the “Net blotch” and also to find out the trends related to the same. The most active journals in this research domain are the Canadian Journal of Plant Pathology, Theoretical and Applied Genetics and Molecular and General Genetics. The most active country is Australia and followed by the USA. Agriculture and Agri-Food Canada) of Canada is the most active research institute in this research domain. The most active authors who had made valuable contributions related to Net blotch disease are Platz G.J.; Steffenson B.J. and Kleinhofs A.
