Phomopsis canker is caused by several fungal pathogens and there are several species of phomopsis. This disease is common in woody trees, especially Oak, Boxwood, etc. The severity of this disease would increase by environmental issues and plant stress. This bibliometric analysis had been conducted to understand the active authors, organizations, journals, and countries involved in the research domain of “Phomopsis canker”. All published articles related to “Phomopsis canker” from “Scopus”, were analyzed using the VOS viewer to develop analysis tables and visualization maps. This article had set the objective to consolidate the literature regarding the “Phomopsis canker” and also to find out the trends related to the same. Phomopsis canker is an interesting research domain and the most active journals related to this plant disease are Plant Disease, Fungal Diversity, and American Journal of Enology and Viticulture. The USA is the country where active research is going on and followed by Chile. The top organization focusing on Phomopsis Canker is the University of California and USDA.
