The study aimed to validate the Clotrin ear drop analytical method using modified wavelength using HPLC. A reliable and straightforward high-performance liquid chromatography method was used to confirm an ear drop in clotrin. Chromatography was performed on column C18 phenomena (4.6 * 250 mm * 5 mm) using mobile phase acetonitrile and diammonium hydrogen phosphate (buffer) (60:40 ). As a mobile process with a 1 ml/min flow rate, the detection was conducted at 210 nm, resulting in more reliable ear drop impurities. The statistical n analysis proves that the method for analyzing clotrimazole and lignocaine HCl in-ear drop is repeatable, sensitive, and more precise.
