Immediate dental Implants have reduced the treatment time and the number of surgical interventions for successful teeth replacement dental implants and for predictable treatment procedures. For prosthetic rehabilitation different methods of placement and loading protocols have evolved to achieve quicker and easier surgical treatment . The added advantages of this procedure include minimal surgical interventions, reduced treatment time, minimal soft and hard tissue loss and psychological satisfaction to the patient. This case report discusses a series of immediate implant placement for the teeth which had an horizontal fracture. Diligent evaluation of extraction sites before immediate implant placement encourages optimal implant esthetics.
