A reduced entire reflectance-fourier transform infrared (ATR-FTIR) spectroscopy technique is established by the simultaneous estimation of paracetamol and aceclofenac in Pharmaceutical tablets. The method involves the straight purpose in the drug concluded peak measurement in the 3502 cm-1 for paracetamol and 1436 cm-1 for aceclofenac by means of a zero rectification among 3800 and 1000 cm-1. For setting a peripheral standardization line recognized by normal resolutions of pure paracetamol and aceclofenac are utilized. The technique delivers a limit of recognition for paracetamol is 9.18 and for aceclofenac is 7.95 for per mg tablet and Limit of Quantification for paracetamol is 27.84 and for aceclofenac is 24.11583for per mg tablet. The accuracy of the sample was found to be 0.816% for paracetamol and 1.32% for aceclofenac. A comparative standard deviation (RSD) for 3 autonomous amount of typical and test explanation at a attentiveness level of 1.5 mg/mL for paracetamol and aceclofenac is 0.000577%. Range for the tablet was 10µg/mL to 250 µg/mL for paracetamol and 10 µg/mL to 300 µg/mL for aceclofenac. The assay of the marketed tablet was found to be 149% and 142% for aceclofenac and paracetamol, the purity of the tablet was 65%. Result obtained by FTIR shows the advanced procedure and proposals a good substitute for the simultaneous purpose of paracetamol and aceclofenac in commercial products.
