The MDSusually signifies with symptoms associated to anemia, and roughly two-thirds will improve thrombocytopenia, aninfrequent, but possibly lethal complication, which improves difficulty in morbidity & treatment, and might be because of distinctive genetic mutations leading to refractory thrombocytopenia, eventually leading to completedecrease insurvival. Here we present a 59 years old male patient admitted with complaints of fever, exertional breathlessness, left eye peri orbital swelling and burning, right thigh swelling and burning.
