The medicinal plants are an important source for fighting various ailments. The objective of this work is to evaluate the ethanolic leaf extract of plant Pamburus missionis. The leaves were dried and extracted by hot percolation process by using ethanol. Quantitative estimation for ethanolic leaf extract was carried out for various constituents like alkaloids, tannins, glycoside, flavonoids and Terpenoids. The evaluation of the invitro antioxidant activity is subjected by three different methods viz., 1,1 – di phenyl-2-picryl hydrazyl (DPPH) Model, Nitric Oxide (NO) Model and Hydrogen peroxide (H2O2) scavenging activity and it shown ethanolic leaf extract of Pamburus missionis ELPM is the most active extract with an IC50 inhibitory concentration value equal to 13.020, 8.78, 5.99 µg/ml. These results can be attributed to the importance, in this plant Pamburus missionis, due to presence of flavonoids, very good natural antioxidants.
