Pharmacists have a responsibility of administering drugs and safeguarding the health of the patient. They do this by ensuring the medications are correctly used by patients. In this respect, the main focus of this study was to examine pharmacy students’ abilities in navigating natural product resources. Employing prospective approach for study, specifically through a simulated event of drug information center query. A selection of 65 participants was recruited, one of whom was not able to navigate the correct recommendation (2%), while 54 (83%) responded with a complete recommendation accurately. Only 10 (15%) of the study population had inaccurate information or lacked evidence. A greater percentage of the study population managed to navigate proper resources and came up with acceptable recommendations. There were a few, however, who were unable to fulfill this process. While this proportion is trivial, when put in various healthcare facilities, it is very critical and is anticipated to have a considerable effect on patients' safety.
