Decision support system for diagnosing disease

| Abstract:
|
Medical institutions keep gathering health data which is highly complex in hospital. The data has to be managed and
hence the diagnosis can be offered at right time and the right treatment. In this work a Clinical Decision Support
framework is proposed which integrates the patient information. Based on the patient’s healthcare record, the disease
is diagnosed. Once the diseases are diagnosed using multi label learning algorithm then the complication of those
diseases is considered. Correlation among multi-label algorithm is used to find relationship between the labels and
multi-label classification. By using integrated features probabilities of the labels are estimated. Then top n diseases are
recommended.
