| Abstract:
|
Isatin is an important compound of five- membered ring compounds, and it is one of indole derivative. Isatin is a
starting material for great number of chemical compounds , it can be used for the formation of many variety of
cyclic derivatives , and as starting material for medical preparation . Recently, isatin reactions have strong interest
in synthetic and pharmaceutical chemistry because of their potent biological and medical activities.Many
isatine derivatives were prepared in this study which investigated with chemical identification with types of
techniques ( FT.IR ,H.NMR, C.NMR )– spectrophotometric, then studying of derivatives against bacterial effect.
