| Abstract:

The main aim of the paper is to propose an application of Intuitionistic fuzzy set in medical field using new normalized
Hamming distance method. This method was very useful to find the distance between patient and their Health
problem. From this we find the solution is obtained by measuring the minimum distance between each patient and
each health problem. Finally, an illustrative example is also included to demonstrate our proposed method.
