The research was aimed at studying the structure and the biological properties of artificial vaccinating compounds for treating brucellosis in agricultural animals.A series of experiments was used to assess the protective activity of the conjugates for obtaining the brucellosis antigen polymer vaccine - a conjugate of the protective antigen with immunostimulatory carrier polyoxidonium. Vaccine-induced immunity was determined in the animals vaccinated with the brucellosis antigen polymer vaccine, and the delayed-type hypersensitivity and the immunological reactivity were studied after the introduction of BAPV.As a result of the study, it has been found that the brucellosis antigen polymer vaccine obtained by PA conjugation with polyoxidonium has sufficient immunogenicity, and its properties satisfy the requirements of the Committee for Medical Immunobiological Preparations.
