The effect of exercise on high and low intensity zones to improve young weightlifters power and strength

Abstract: This study shows within the areas of training and stressed paramount above young power lifters for the purpose of development of special strength, explosive power and speed-strength, through the preparation of a training curriculum in accordance with the areas Cdd maximum and above the maximum for the development of special power of young power lifters. The main problem nowadays is that trainers don’t focus on high intensity exercises that need more that a 100% effort, leading to bigger achievements and record breaking scores. The objectives of the study is to prepare a training curriculum areas Cdd according to the maximum and above the maximum, and to identify the extent of the impact of the training curriculum prepared for the development of special power of young power lifters, As for research hypotheses Vest Melt on there were statistically significant differences between pre and posttests of strength own with members of the research sample of the experimental group and in favor of the post test. On the other hand research sample of young lifters ages between ( 18-20 years) , and for the period from 02/01/2014 until 03/31/2014 , as lived experience in the halls of weightlifting . the researcher applied the approach on the sample by certified Trainer for the group, and under direct supervision by the researcher , as it underwent a curriculum prepared on stressed areas ranging from (80% - 105% ) is divided into three areas of the region. the first zone ( 80 % -85% ) and the second zone ( 90 % -95% ) and region III (100%) and region IV ( 105% ) , using tests for explosive power and speed-strength , which has been adopted through them before and after the results of the tests for the purpose of extracting the final results used for statistical research labs.
