Abstract: The Federal Scientific Clinical Center of Resuscitation and Rehabilitation of the Ministry of Science and Higher Education of the Russian Federation is a unique rehabilitation institution equipped with high-tech diagnostic, therapeutic and neurorehabilitation equipment, which for the first time in world practice is developing an algorithm for integrated medical, psychological, pedagogical and motor rehabilitation in the intensive care unit. Methods and technologies of neuropsychological and neurolinguistic diagnostics, programming of the treatment and rehabilitation process, methods developed to restore motor and higher mental functions, methods of non-invasive neurostimulation, and a number of others have been introduced into clinical practice in the intensive care unit.
