Synthesis and In-vitro Anthelmintic Activity of Some 4-aminophenol Derivatives

Some new 4- amino phenol Derivatives were synthesized, to begin with compound methyl 2-(4-
aminophenoxy)acetate was synthesized which on treatment with various amines like morpholine, dimethyl
amine,diphenyl amine and diethyl amine gave the target compounds. Structures of the synthesized compounds
were established on the basis of Melting Point, TLC, IR, NMR and MASS spectral data. The anthelmintic activity
of the synthesized compounds was evaluated by Passive avoidance test.
