This paper is deals with the review on human gestation period in genetics using stochasticprocess. In this paper so many
Categories which comes under stochastic Process are exploited. Like Multiple Transition Probabilities used to analyse
the HumanFertility, Non-Parametric distribution used for estimation of fecundability in between successive live births
andSmall sample test and Non parametric test used for Cord Blood copeptin Concentrations in Fetal Macrosomia. The
main theme of this review is that mostly Markov models is used to analyse the Gestational Period which leads to
significant the solutions. Stochastic Models can lead to appropriate solution for Medical Analysis.
