Abstract:

Spontaneous Cholecystocutaneous fistulae is one of the rarest complication of cholecystitis. In this disorder the
fistulae tract is opened into the skin through a muscle defect in muscles of the abdomen. An 83 years old man with
chief complaint of a painless abscess on his right upper quadrant of the abdomen which had discharges to the skin is
presented in the current report.
