hypertension, proteinuria, and the involvement of other organ systems.Searches were conducted by two independent
researchers in international (PubMed, Web of science, Scopus and Google scholar) and national (SID, Magiran) databases
for related studies from the inception of the databases to September 2017 (without time limitation) in English and Persian
languages.Maternal and prenatal outcomes in patients with preeclampsia depend on one of a number of the following
factors: gestational age at the time of labor, the intensity of the disease, quality of treatment and care received, and the
presence of other diseases beforehand. There is an increased prenatal mortality in women whose disease occurs before
the 34th week . The maternal complications and risks are remarkable including the likelihood of disseminated
intravascular coagulation (DIC), Intracranial hemorrhage, renal failure, retinal detachment, pulmonary edema, hepatic
rupture, placental abruption, and death.
