In this paper, the basic knowledge of QbD, the elements (QTPP, CQA’s, CMA’s, CPP’s) of QbD, tools for QbD implementation, including risk assessment, Design of experiment (DOE), and Process Analytical Technology (PAT), are outlined brie?y.
