Formulation and Invitro Evaluation of Cytarabine Loaded PLGA Nanoparticles with Bioenhancer

Author: , B.V.NAGARJUNA YADAV, S.SATHESH KUMAR
Abstract: In order to lower total dosage needed for leukaemia therapy by loading in polymeric nanocarrier, this research study was conducted with goal of creating nanoparticles carrying Cytarabine HCl that have high stability and controlled release of Cytarabine HCl. To reduce the total dosage needed for chemotherapy in order to lessen the negative responses. Sustained delivery of the loaded medications to the appropriate location is possible with polymeric nanoparticles. Cytarabine HCl (CYTNP)-containing PLGA nanoparticles were formulated for continuous release during intravenous injection, which enhance patient compliance and lessen side effects. Using FT-IR, it was discovered that PLGA, had good compatibility with cytarabine and no mutual interaction.PLGA polymer and quercitin as bioenhancer were used in modified nanoprecipitation method to formulate CYTNP. Sustained delivery of the loaded medications to appropriate location is possible with polymeric nanoparticles. It is comfortable to utilize PLGA, a biodegradable polymer, to formulate nanoparticles. The particle size of prepared nanoparticles increased as percentage of polymer increased. Quercitn, a bioenhancer, is utilized to enhance activity, and entrapment efficiency and drug content were both found to rise. PLGA nanoparticles' surface morphology was analysed using transmission electron microscopy (TEM).According to the nanoformulation, the particles are round, smooth, and distinct.
