Evaluation of (Adipsin, adiponectin, and Ghrelin) and some physiological variables in the blood serum of women with polycystic ovary syndrome in Samarra city

Abstract:

The current research was conducted on 80 blood samples, 40 of which were from patients with polycystic syndrome and healthy people (as a control group), whose ages were between (18-45) years. The blood was
collected from Samarra Teaching Hospital and some private clinics over a period of time. It lasted for three months, from (January until the end of March), after which samples were collected from patients and healthy people and were separated by a centrifuge. Then biochemical variables were measured, which included (adipsin,adiponectin, Ghrelin , leptin, Luteinizing hormone-LH , Folic sitmalting hormone- FSH, Testosterone, prolactin ). The results of the current study showed a significant increase in each of the levels (adiponectin,
leptin, testosterone, and prolactin) in the groups of patients compered healthy group , also the result showed a significant decrease in the levels of (adiponectin, LH, FSH, andGhrelin) patinas groups compered healthy women .
