Synthesis And Biological Evaluation Of Newly Synthesized Pyrazole Derivative

Author: AJAY KUMAR TRIPATHI, SATTWIK DAS
Abstract: A novel multi-step synthesis route was developed to prepare a series of pyrazole derivatives, which were characterized by their chemical structures. Key steps included reactions with Meldrum acid, HATU, and DIPEA, resulting in the formation of various compounds with diverse properties and potential applications in the field of organic chemistry. Detailed dataset for the spectral and biological analysis of ten compounds (B1 to B05). These compounds have been characterized using IR, NMR, and mass spectrometry, and their antimicrobial and anticancer activities have been evaluated.NMR Spectra:B1 to B05: The 1H NMR and 13C NMR spectra of each compound show the chemical shifts of various proton and carbon signals. Mass Spectra: The theoretical and observed mass spectra are provided for each compound. The observed masses are close to the theoretical masses, indicating the accurate synthesis of the compounds. The antimicrobial activities of B1 to B05 were tested against Bacillus subtilis, Staphylococcus aureus, Escherichia coli, and Aspergillus Niger. The results are shown in the table with the zone of inhibition in millimeters. The effects of B1 to B05 against the MCF-7 cell line (breast cancer) were evaluated using the MTT assay method. The results include concentration, absorbance, % inhibition, and IC50 values.
Keyword: Synthesis of pyrazole, IR, NMR, Mass spectroscopy, Anti-inflammatory, Anticancer activity.
