| Abstract:

A simple, new, economic, rapid spectrophotometric method has been developed for estimation of Crisaborole. The method involves measurement of absorbance at wavelengths, 254nm. Crisaborole obeys Beeríslaw in a concentration range of 1-6 µg/mL. The proposed method is suggested for routine analysis since it is rapid, simple, accurate, precise, sensitive and specific. This paper describes the development and validation of UV spectroscopic method for estimation of Crisaborole in powder form.
