Abstract:

Escalation process actually refers to step-by-step measures to address problems at an organization, especially problems of nonconforming product control, as you can use this process to easily predict and eliminate such problems arising from your system or organization. This process helps address common problems pertaining to official role planning and specify responsibilities for members to actively engage in the process. On the other hand, the benefits of it include the following:
- Addressing the problems at the organization rapidly
- Improving the communication
- Minimizing the problems (failures)
Escalation actually increases emotional pressures and stresses for people involved.
Aim: The purpose of this article was to provide an assessment of the current state of the escalation processes and the gap between theory and executive affairs. This article analyzes cases of appropriate engineering performance taken from real experiences and lessons learned.
Method: This method analyzes executive affairs such as the auto development process, lessons learned, hidden surveys, conducted by auto engineers, and classifies these experiences.
Results: The findings of this survey suggested that the controlled escalation process is required to increase the knowledge of an environment where the team can introduce new and sometimes unconventional ideas to deal with the problems.
Conclusion: These proposals at the organizational level enable organizations and managers to employ the expertise and experience of employees to solve problems arising from the escalation process. In the end, this article provides frequent and easy-to-use methods which model real life activities to provide an appropriate solution for implementing escalation process to develop auto business.
