Single case study illustrated with Ayurveda therapeutic intervention of Knee joint pain with obesity. 39 years old male patient was suffering with bilateral knee joint pain associated with walking difficulties and obsess. Case is diagnosed as Janusandhigatvaat resulting from ajirna along with sthoulya based on etiological sign and symptoms. Treatment is given accordingly, with Langhan, pachan and anuloman drugs orally. No any local management done. After the treatment of 60 days patient got relief in pain, swelling, stiffness and knee joint movements. Pain stiffness got reduced and Improvement was noticed with WOMAC – Western Ontario and McMaster University OA index score from 83.33 % to 30.20 %. Wong-Baker Faces Pain Rating Scale 8 to 2 (hurts whole lots to hurts little bits), body weight reduced from 102 kg. to 94 kg., BMI reduced from 36.1 to 33.3 kg/m2. And patients were able to withdraw the used of analgesic and happy to do its daily routine work which was restricted prior ayurveda treatment.
