On the earth,diversity among species due to different mutations. Permanent change happens due to modifications of nucleotide. This type of nucleotide permanent change cause permanent mutation. The fungusCandida albicansis present in gastrointestinal and mouth about 60%in healthy adults. The nutrient source of this fungi is potato dextrose broth. It is verified the susceptibility of the fungi to fluconazole usingthe anti-bio-gram. This fungus shows resistance to fluconazole due to mutation. Due to this mutation erg3 gene changes. Due to this mutant gene this fungus shows resistance. This study showed investigation on DNA isolation and mutant of erg3 gene.When erg3 gene is mutated, itheals the C.albicans to fluconazole every time.
