Bacterial respiratory infections are one of the main causes for people hospitalization and clinic visits which cause US$ 24 to US$ 164 costs across different case-categories in the word wild. Among all main cause for lower respiratory tract infections, bacterial infections contributed with viral pathogen as bacterial viral co infections which increase mortality rate in patient especially immature childhood. Traditional techniques for bacterial isolation and identification are time consuming which hadn’t been used in practice before drug administration and patient management I n hospitals. Multiple PCR Technique, as a new rapid test has been used for main viral pneumonia pathogen detection in the hospitals, however, comprehensive procedure hadn’t been pronounced for bacterial sample identification. Current review article collected studies which assessed Multiple PCR different procedure or compared with other traditional technique to evaluation of Multiple PCR accuracy and usefulness in different bacterial type detection.
