Investigating the Impact of Organizational Productivity and Organizational Citizenship Behavior Through Knowledge Management on Manpower Productivity of East Azarbaijan Sports and Youth Administrations

Abstract: The main purpose of this study is to develop a model for improving the productivity of employees of the Department of Sports and Youth of East Azerbaijan Province based on organizational productivity and organizational citizenship behavior mediated by knowledge management. This research is a field research according to the method of data collection and among the various research methods, it is a descriptive survey type and in terms of purpose and time dimension, it is applied and cross-sectional. The statistical population included all employees of sports and youth departments of East Azerbaijan province, 320 people. According to Krejcie and Morgan table of statistical population, 176 employees were selected as the sample. For data collection, Welba and Johnson (2010) Manpower Productivity Questionnaire, Oregon and Kanowski (2007) Organizational Citizenship Behavior Questionnaire, Sharifi Organizational Productivity Questionnaire (2012) and Nonaka and Takochi (1995) Knowledge Management Questionnaire were used. Structural equations based on partial least squares (PLS-SEM) in Smart PLS software were used to analyze the data. The results of model analysis showed that the proposed model has a high fit. The results of path analysis showed that organizational citizenship behavior has a positive and significant effect on human resource productivity and knowledge management. Also, organizational productivity has a positive and significant effect on human resource productivity and knowledge management, and that knowledge management has a positive and significant effect on human resource productivity. Also, organizational productivity through knowledge management has a positive and significant effect on human resource productivity and organizational citizenship behavior through knowledge management has a positive and significant effect on human resource productivity.
