Investigation of Effective Managerial, Economic, Social and Technical Factors on the Production of Healthy Greenhouse Products in Alborz Province

| Abstract:

A main objective of this research is to study relevant factors (economic, social, technical and managerial) affecting production of healthy greenhouse products in Alborz Province. This research, as it is applied, relates to the statistical population, which includes 150 greenhouse owners in Alborz Province. The research instrument was a questionnaire initiated by the faculty of Water and Agricultural Management of University of Mohaghegh Ardebili and University of Tehran confirmed it. The reliability of the questionnaire was confirmed by using Cronbach's alpha (higher than 0.7). The data has been analyzed with SPSS software and Smart PLS. According to results of the correlation test, there is a positive and significant relationship between greenhouse education, total cost, communication skills, planning skills, organization skills, implementation skill, and technical skill of greenhouse owners producing healthy greenhouse products in Alborz Province. Regression analysis showed technical skill with coefficient (Beta) 0.651, programming skill with coefficient (Beta) 0.177 and implementation skill with coefficient (Beta) of 0.254 have a positive and significant effect the production of healthy greenhouse products. The structural model showed social variables with 0.046, economic variables with 0.052, managerial approaches with 0.401 and managerial skills with 0.760 influences healthy greenhouse production in Alborz Province.
