Health is an essential component of any constructive agenda aimed at improving people's financial and social well-being. The value of patient rights has been greatly enhanced as a result of the publication of Such patient-rights legislation that has been widely disseminated around the world includes the United Nations Human Rights Act of 1948 and other patient-rights legislation. The aim of patient rights is to ensure that patients receive adequate care. It is important to inform not only healthcare officials and providers, but also patients, in order to ensure that their interests are protected. but also people who have sufficient expertise and skills about what they should expect from the government. It is possible to improve the quality of health-care facilities in this way. The Indian government is committed to delivering the goods. the provision of health-care facilities to its citizens; in this regard, the Indian government has launched a number of initiatives aimed at achieving the goal of "Health for All." The aim of this article is to summarise and analyse the current challenges to the enforcement of patient rights in developing countries, as well as to propose appropriate solutions to resolve them.
