Abstract: The secret to the continued life of companies and the setting up of institutions is productivity. The aim of this study was to identify the model of factors relying on self-management and profitability systems that affect the productivity of international cycling tours in Iran, Azerbaijan. The research was conducted with a quantitative approach and all experts in the field of sports management and productivity were included in the statistical population. 300 of them were selected on the basis of the number of criteria defined in the qualitative part of the study (rules one to five, i.e. five samples per question) and selected using a convenient sampling process. A questionnaire was also developed with the aid of experts, and the study questions were tested using a confirmatory factor analysis methodology. It should be noted that these experiments were conducted with the aid of SPSS and Smart PLS technology. The findings have shown that metrics include hardware, software, capital attraction, economic development, financial structure, human capital, and productivity management. These are metrics that make efficiency a feature. These metrics also include performance and effectiveness and, ultimately, the model has been calculated.
