Emergencies in the tasks of Nationals Airlines

| Abstract:

This investigation is to recognize the various perspectives that are causing the emergency of Pakistan public carrier; the interest of aeronautics has been expanded because the world is presently a worldwide town. To identify and discuss on different political aspects into failure of Pakistan International Airline, critically analyze in the organizational cultural that are causing in the crises of Pakistan International Airline. Researcher selected 30 PIA employees and 120 customers to collect data for the study. Questionnaires were the main tool that used to collect data from the employees. The majority 46.7% of the respondents was within the age range of 41-50 years, 54% of the respondents were female, 59.3% of the customers have selected private airlines as their answer yes, 52.7% of the customers of the PIA agree with the statement of “political factors effect on the national airline industry in Pakistan”. 40.7% of the customers believes that the ticket price of PIA is in average level, 12.7% of the customers says is excellent, 76% of the customers believe that the PIA helps supports them to problems related with transportation arrangements. An emergency of public aircraft industry state of this carrier is benevolent; this aircraft has not worked freely, and it is influenced by political impacts and debasement. The association social is not appropriate for any productive business.
