The effectiveness of using the 7E's course in contemplative thinking and learning some offensive basketball skills for students of the first stage

Abstract:

The research aims to identify the effect of a method using the seven-cycle learning course in learning some offensive skills in basketball in addition to the method used in the college and to identify which group is better in learning. The researchers used the experimental method in the two groups, the experimental and experimental groups, in the pre-post-test, and conducted a sample of the first stage students in the College of Physical Education and Sports Science - Tikrit University in Iraq for the academic year (2019 - 2020) and the number (28 students). The sample was divided into two groups, each group containing (14) students. Parity was found between the members of the two groups, and after completing the pre-test, the curriculum was implemented at (12) educational units for each of the two groups and at the rate of (two educational units) per week. After completing the curriculum the post-tests were conducted. And then the results were presented, analyzed and discussed, and the experimental group that used the seven-cycle learning course over the control group in contemplative thinking and learning the skills under research was reached, and the researchers recommended the employment of the seven-learning course in learning some offensive skills in basketball in the College of Physical Education and Sports Science for its ability On the excitement of their contemplative thinking, in addition to its effective role in learning the skills under discussion.
