The main design key factors of the VLSI area are the power and delay. Multiplication covers nearly 15 percent
of the total IC power. In this proposed method, n-QAM is preferred for Booth Multiplication in network
applications. Among various types of digital modulation schemes, the choice of QAM is to provide both phase
and amplitude modulation. During the process the encoding of the bits is proved by the algorithm. The use of
n-QAM is to overcome the drawbacks in 16 QAM, 32 QAM, 64 QAM, etc. The output and the bit rate
depending on the value of n. This is efficient when compared to QPSK by reducing power consumption and increases the area efficiency and bandwidth. Xilinx is responsible for the simulation part of this work.
