A Review on Oxadiazole derivatives and their Biological activities

Abstract: Oxadiazole derivatives are an important class of heterocyclic, which has attracted much designing and synthesis of interest due to biological activities. Oxadiazole is a heterocyclic compound that can be derived from nitrogen and oxygen-containing 5-member ring. The development in Oxadiazole synthesized compound show the biological activities. The aim of this review the collection of data about the synthesis of Oxadiazole derivatives and their activities. We hope that this review to be a definite interest for researchers related to Oxadiazole synthesis.
