Dixon test is statistical method for identification of extreme values in the clinical data particularly when the sample size is small. This paper presents the application of test for outliers rejection in the data of calibration curve. The calibration curve here used for analysis was prepared by using suitable dilutions of Caffeine and Dixon test was applied in both minimum and maximum suspected extreme values. The level of significance kept both 1 and 5%. It was found that all of the suspected outliers were below the tabulated values and calibration curve may be fit for further validation procedures or analysis of samples of caffeine.
